Description
Photograph of the Watts Towers, sculpted by Simon Rodia at 1765 East One Hundred-Seventh Street, [s.d.]. The tall, tapered towers can be seen on a median in the middle of a wide paved street at center. The towers are constructed of metal, concrete, and scrap material and the tallest rises almost one hundred feet in the air. A truck can be seen parked near the base of the towers at left, while a large building is visible in the background at right.
