Description
Howard Jarvis in his Los Angeles office on December 23, 1981, with a copy of the state budget. He talked about the aftermath of the tax cut three years earlier, calling it "the biggest thing that's happened to this country in the last hundred years." He pointed his sabre at Gov. Edmund G. Brown, Jr.: "We have probably the worst government in California we've had in our history," and the "out-of-control" government in Washington. Jarvis also says why he thinks Ronald Reagan is doing "fantastically" as president.
