Description
The Southern California Festival of Allied Arts began in 1934, and by 1935 included 6,000 competitors in music, sculpture, drama, handicraft competitions and other categories. Photo 5 is of Thomas Clarke, 1936 male vocalist winner in the category of Vocalists in the Southern California Festival of Allied Arts.
