Photograph caption dated January 14, 1959 reads, "Hasty, left, coaches partner, Don Gumpertz, as latter solders part of amplifier. Gumpertz is an electronics engineer, installed entire sound system. Included in $4,000 layout are two record turntables, FM radio receiver, stereo and tape deck. One wall of Quiet Room is devoted to built-in multi-speakers.
