Description: Photograph of a drawing. "Drawing shows a $10,600,000 project to be known as Hollywood Center which will be constructed on the present site of the Hollywood Hotel. It will iclude a 13-story hotel and apartment building, an office structure to be known as the Press Building (right background) and a lavish retail shopping building (right foreground) which will front on Hollywood Boulevard.'" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 26 August 1949.
