Description
Paris: U.S. negotiator David K.E. Bruce (L) and Mme. Nguyen Thi Binh, the Viet-Cong representative, leave 121st session of Paris peace talks here 7/15. The U.S. said it was ready to open simultaneous bargaining on allied and communist Vietnam peace offers and urged a cease-fire to 'stop the killing in Indochina.' Bruce will soon be replaced by William J. Poter, who is presently the U.S. envoy to South Korea.
