Panoramic view of 4th Street looking west from Main Street. Bunker Hill is in the distance. At left is the site of the Hellman Bank and the Methodist Episcopal Church at Fort Street (later First Methodist Episcopal Church, Los Angeles; in the center the site of the Hibernian Bank, and the Angelus Hotel. The State Normal School is at far left on the hill. Many residences are seen.
