Photograph caption dated June 2, 1964 reads, "Luis Ayala (left) gets a good view of the action last night in the first round of play in the professional tennis Masters Round Robin Tournament as his partner Pancho Gonzales slams an over-head shot at the doubles team of Alex Olmedo and Michael Davies. Ayala and Gonzales lost to the Davies-Olmedo team, 10-7. The Tournament continues through the week at the Los Angeles Tennis Club."
