Description
Engraved map, 58 x 47, issued by L. de la Rochette, London, 1765. Improvements are not noticeable. It is one of the Buache type maps. The map also shows the new boundaries of North America and the West Indies, as updated by the Treaty of Paris (1783), marking the end of the French and Indian War. There is also a color-coded table marking the "Methodical Divisions of North America", as well as the locations of many Native American nations.
