Description
Regarding the Chinese, W.P. Hammon, Hamilton Bend, and the Moore family. Also discussed the Hamilton (aka Moore Family) Cemetery.
Note inside container: Note regarding Milton Green Moore tape, July 14, 1967. Error - aunt was buried in family cemetery in 1860, not 1820. Grandfather paid $300.00 for ferry. Sister who fell in river while watching Indian fish was Anna. Miss Alice Byrne, teacher of Milton Moore called him Jim High, after an Indian of the area. Milton Moore's first wife is buried in Sutter City cemetery.
