The article reads, "At Las Madres Guild's annual benefit, tempting salad luncheon enticed guests gathering on the patio and around the pool of Mrs. Benjamin Manning's Burbank home, 1045 E. Walnut Ave. Special guests at fete included Capt. Vivian Johnson, administrator of the Salvation Army's Booth Memorial Home and Hospital, which will receive benefit proceeds. Luncheon chairmen were Mmes. L. E. Lindquist and Ted Bearman."; See images #00125871 through #00125877 for all photos in this series.
