Photograph caption dated January 29, 1962 reads "George Brudney, second vice president of the Sepulveda Chamber of Commerce, takes a picture of Howard O. Kebler, president for his second term, at the chamber's installation at Chase House, 8501 Sepulveda Blvd., Sepulveda. Kebler obliges by taking a light reading with a meter. Other officers are L. H. Phillips, first vice president; Angelo Ciufo, third vice president and treasurer, and Grace Ammon, secretary."
