Photograph of the cutting back of raspberries at Frank Webb Place, Rosemead, July 21, 1927. A wooden flume lies in the foreground and intersects with another portion of the flume which continues into the background on the right. The flume is the irrigation system for the expansive field of raspberry plants on the left. Each row of plants is capped with wooden posts at its end. Trees can be seen faintly in the background.
