Description
Photograph caption dated March 18, 1959 reads, "Burbank chapter of Disabled American Veterans presents three television sets to bring tally to 21 sets installed at San Fernando's Veterans' Hospital for patients treated there. Sets were presented in honor of deceased member David E. Lawton after whom chapter is named. Left to right are Tony J. Sloss, state adjutant-treasurer; L. C. Like, hospital manager; and Robert Warren, commander of Chapter 40, Burbank."
