Photograph caption dated February 14, 1957 reads, "Tom Barron, 13, senior patrol leader of Encino Boy Scout Troop 331, is shown above with Encino Mayor's trophy won by troop for third consecutive year. Trophy was won in five-event competition with other Scout troops of area. Winners, sponsored by Encino Presbyterian Church, took top honors in knot tying, water boiling, Morse code, first aid and general inspection."
