"Sunset Park, Beverly Hills, Cal. 657" and "Brookwell Photo"--text, on negative. Title transcribed from negative; date devised by cataloger based on historical operation of Brookwell Photo. The park was renamed the Will Rogers Memorial Park in 1952 and the fountain was named the Margaret J. Anderson fountain in 2014 in honor of the first owner of the Beverly Hills Hotel.
