Photograph of orange and lemon groves in San Gabriel, and snow-capped mountains from Turnbull Canyon Grade, ca.1920. The shadows of several trees frame the foreground, and through them, one can see the neat lines of citrus trees stretching out into the distance. A thin road runs through them, at right, cutting off near the mountain ranges, which sit beneath the clouds.
