Mr. Mosk was born in Texas, in 1912. Was a lawyer, served as Executive Secretary to the Governor of California (1939-1942), a member of the Board of Regents, University of California (1940), Judge of Superior Court Los Angeles (1943-1958), Attorney General of California (1958-1964) and Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court (1964-2001). Died in 2001.
