Description
In recognition of the concrete work invested in the construction of Folsom dam, a large concrete bucket and a sign recognizing that as of January 14, 500,000 cubic yards of concrete had been poured are surrounded by construction workers and officials in suits, all wearing hard hats. A man blocks the last digit of the year on the sign. It was likely in the period 1953 to 1955.
