Description: Group view from the left, R. Burnett Miller, president of the Sacramento Historic Landmarks Commission receiving a scale model of the old city hall and waterworks building. The replica would become the new city-county museum in Old Sacramento. Looking over the model are the two engineering students from Sacramento City College, Dave Funaro, center, and Jerry Rosano, right who built the model.
