Photograph of a drawing of Mission San Rafael Archangel, ca.1900. The church has a tiled roof and a cross at the peak of the roof. A wooden frame supports three bells in front of the main entrance. A fenced cemetery is visible at left. A long low building with a covered porch runs to the right of the church. Several people, including some sitting on a bench and two on horseback, stand near the entrance. Several dogs are present as well one drinks from a wooden drainage or irrigation channel. A hill rises in the background. Clouds fill the sky as a flock of birds flies overhead.
