Photograph was edited for publication purposes
The wood shake on the right side of the house was later replaced with the type of siding seen on the left side of house. The shake roof was later replaced with asphalt shingles.
Photograph caption dated October 22, 1960 reads, "At home - Mrs. Don Swett leaves her home at 645 N. Huntington St., San Fernando, one of community's newest residential areas. Her city is one of the two incorporated cities in the San Fernando Valley. Population is 16,039."; See images "00124949 through #00124953 for all photos in this series.
