"This view of Fort Sutter Savings and Loan Association's new Carmichael office building shows the portion the association will occupy. The $150,000 building was designed by the Sacramento architectural firm of Rickey & Brooks. Its formal opening tomorrow will feature an exhibit of home designs by Sacramento architects"
