Photograph caption dated February 23, 1956 reads "Rod Boutelle, standing left, owner of North Hollywood Television, 11413 Moorpark, North Hollywood, tunes in a color TV set as he officially opens his color TV Theater, first of its kind in the Valley. Boutelle has remodeled a portion of his store, complete with a drape-enclosed section where viewers may watch in comfort any color TV show being aired. A full line of color sets is also available in the theater section. The public is invited to view color shows daily."
