Photograph was edited for publication. Three fair motorcycle officerettes are on duty, ready to receive visiting delegates attending the eighth annual convention of the California Association of Highway Patrolmen held at the Alexandria Hotel. The women are ready to receive them with the warning "Go slow and see our town. Go fast and see our jail". Just because the officer's are off duty, delegates are warned not to exceed the Los Angeles speed limit. From left to right: Miss Hildur Fleming of Central station; Miss Myra Richardson, secretary to the arrangements committee; and Miss Beryl Wilson of Wilshire station. Photograph dated October 17, 1927.
