Photograph caption date stamped February 3, 1965 reads "Dick Dorresteyn of San Pablo takes his motorcycle for a spin at Ascot Park. He'll compete in the opening motorcycle event of 1965 at Ascot Sunday afternoon, a steeplechase event. He is a two-time national steeplechase champion." Ascot Park is in Gardena.
