Description
Created just after the Louisiana Purchase but before the Louis and Clark expeditions. Hand colored with key to denote European colonial claims. The northwest is left completely blank, but the remainder of the map denotes settlements, major roads, Native American territories, and other political divisions. Unique map scale.
