A native of Singapore who moved to the United States 10 years ago, Mrs. Pelmont had settled down in her living room for an evening of television viewing. The plot seemed familiar - and it was. One of the actors was playing the part of her blind brother, Reuben Jacob, a Braille instructor at the Nantine Home for the Handicapped in Singapore."
