Description
Photograph of an old man aiming a rifle or shotgun at a stuffed owl, [s.d.]. The man can be seen at left wearing a suit standing on a wooden plank aiming a long gun at a stuffed owl perched on the roof of a building at right. The gun is held up by a tripod of tree branches, while the building has a wrap-around covered porch. An automobile can be seen on the other side of wooden fencing at left. Signs on the building read, "Maplesden Bros Genearl Blacksmithing" and "Office of Angels--Stockton Stage Fare [...]". Utility poles and trees are visible in the background.
