Photograph caption dated October 18, 1956 reads, "Western entertainer Montie Montana, left, places crown on head of Donna Brookins, queen of Mid-Valley Fair which Panorama City Rotary Club is sponsoring through Sunday at Van Nuys boulevard and Nordhoff street, Panorama City. Les Engle, member of Optimist Club, which sponsored queen, is at right. Fair's profits will go toward new Valley midget racing track."
