ESTC T168241 ; "It is of a blind beggar that long lost his sight,". ; In five columns with the title above the first two the first, second and fourth columns each have a woodcut while the third has two and the fifth none the columns are not separated by rules. ; First published ca. 1709 as 'The rarest ballad that ever was seen'.
