Description
Swedish-Americans celebrating the Fourth of July 1905 by playing baseball on the meadow at Old Mill Park in Mill Valley, where Old Mill School stands today. Card is addressed to "Ensign A. Lindberg, 1933 Piedmont Ave, Duluth, Minn." Swedes named Karlson, Anderson, Johnson, Nyman and Astrom are identified by handwriting. Postcard is postmarked July 21, 1905. Message is in Swedish.
