Alexander in 1968.; The DWP General Office Building was designed by Albert C. Martin and Associates and completed in 1964 at the cost of $26,700,000. In November 2000, in honor of longtime council member John Ferraro, the structure was renamed the John Ferraro Building. Looking northwest from a construction site around Grand Avenue and 3rd Street (center) on Bunker Hill. The buildings seen, from left to right, are one of the Bunker Hill Towers, a condominum building, the Bunker Hill Tower, a condominium/office building, and the DWP Building.
