Description
A-Dress & Collar: Turquoise, pinwale corduroy dress with detachable black velvet collar. Short sleeves, slash V-neck opening that folds back when snap-on detachable "Peter Pan" collar is added. Front bodice panel is cut and sewn on diagonal nap. Left side zipper. Front skirt panels smooth, tiny slanted gathers start at front panels & go all the way around back, midcalf length, very full at hem. B-Belt: Same fabric, narrow, covered buckle.
