Description
Police consider the possibilities of radio as an ultra-modern weapon in combatting crime. Photo shows officers C. B. Lay and H. D. Mallone in their patrol car, getting description of bandits car. Thus, a blockage was organized in a twinkling by radio. Photo dated: November 18, 1930.
