Description: Photograph caption dated May 4, 1981 reads, "Well-designed condominiums on 28th Street (at 2433) in Santa Monica are selling better than comparably priced condominiums of the same square footage elsewhere in that city. Good design gives them a competitive advantage." This complex, a Suntech Townhomes project designed by Urban Forms, won an AIA award in 1983.
