Description
Inscribed, "To Our Old Friend Monte from 'Bull' & Pop." Typed note with photograph: Master Sergeant R. C. Tavers, U.S. Army Instructor and his assistant at the Radio School, Presidio, San Francisco. This was probably the first radio telephone at the school as it was used to broadcast voice only. Broadcast from records was developed later.
