Weaver admires the finished religious tapestry which he designed and members of the Fellowship of Independent Congregationalists made. They include Mmes. John Lucia, rear, Hal Greer, front left, and Harold Hodge. They were among the women who embroidered the religious scenes on the tapestry for the meeting room where religious services are held at the East Valley YWCA. Weaver designed the work with symbols reminiscent of the Sermon on the Mount, feeding of the multitudes and the alpha and omega."
