Original color lithograph poster by artist Charles Livingston Bull featuring fish [bass?] swimming through green water. Issued during World War I by the U.S. Food Administration to promote consumption of seafood in order to conserve meat for troops. Printed by Heywood Strasser & Voigt Litho. Co.
