One of several menus from this time period, on paper inserted into clear plastic menu folders. The Lou's Village logo during this time period consisted of the restaurant name in black cursive lettering, slanted up to the right, with a red fish as the apostrophe. A note inside the menus indicates that the menu concept reflects the original Lou's Village 1940s design, including the original phone number on the front: Cypress 34570. The wine list is on the back page. Menu features salad specialties, pasta a la carte, regular entrees, "Fresh from our tanks," "Lou's All Time Favorites," and "From the Mesquite Broiler" entrees.
