Raymundo Saucedo, left, and Isidrio Duran watched in amazement at a bus stop on Olympic Boulevard and Normandie Avenue as members of the Koreatown Development Association held their monthly "sweep-in" beautification program. Some 250 members cleaned Olympic between Western and Vermont avenues. Photograph dated December 7, 1980.
