Description
Aerial view of Westwood Village September 14, 1929, showing the beginning of development but a great deal of open space still. In the upper left edge of the photo can be seen the Holmby Building which was built in the California Mediterranean style--an office and retail building by architect Gordon B. Kaufmann. It was located on Westwood Blvd. between Weyburn and Le Conte.
