Photograph of a birdseye view of Avalon Harbor in Catalina, 1930-1940. The harbor is at center and is full of small boats. A large steamer is docked at a wharf at center. Another wooden wharf can be seen in the foreground. The semicircular shoreline is at left and is crowded with throngs of people. Many small buildings can be seen. A tall mountain is visible in the background at left, and the Casino is visible on a peninsula at right.
