Photograph caption dated October 4, 1961 reads, "Pete Spilos, president, Southern California Bowling Proprietors Assn., presents Diana Hayes of North Hollywood with a Jerry Lewis bowling trophy at Paramount Studios in Hollywood. Miss Hayes was top winner in the women's division in the statewide Jerry Lewis 'Strike Out Muscular Dystrophy' tournament held last December. Her handicap series score was 736."
