Photograph article dated April 13, 1962 reads, "Valley Altrusa clubmembers marked the 45th birthday of the club's founding with a dinner party at Hody's Restaurant in North Hollywood. The Van Nuys chapter hostessed the affair, with initiation of new members highlighting the evening. Honored guests [sic] was Mrs. Frances Gibson, governor-elect of District 11."
