Black and white photograph: Window of New Filipinas Restaurant with American flag, South of Market (SOMA), 5 p.m., San Francisco, California, September 19, 2002. The window also has two small plants in it, and a splash of spray paint dripping down the right hand side of the photograph. The American flag is approximately 8x10 inches, and is directly below the sign of the restaurant which is centered in the photograph.
