Description
Land lease for 48 acres of the A. J. de Guyer allotment in Rancho San Pedro for the calendar year 1940 with a rent of $300. The document is signed by the company and lessee. The agreement also describes the land area relative to Santa Fe Avenue, the California Edison Company and the Los Angeles City Harbor Department Classification yard.
