"Wuwelanye, der Evangelist von Umambre (mit Bart.)" ("Wuwelanye, the evangelist of Umambre (with a beard.)"). Wuwelanye, his wife and two children standing in an open space. Behind them: huts. On the left: another man is sitting on the ground next to a hut. Wuwelanye is folding his arms and averting his eyes. "Umambre" possibly refers to "Umambwe" or today's "Mambwe", a populated place. -- Kurt Küchler (1908-?) was a missionary of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine. He served in Kyimbila from 1936 to 1939. In 1938 he married Marianne Geisler.
