Description
The Stock Halsey Home of Victorian architecture, 207 Mission St, Santa Cruz, California. This was the home of Mrs. Clara Halsey Taylor and Miss Alice Halsey, teachers in Santa Cruz. Clara taught in Mountain View for a time, married George Grant Taylor (son of S.P. Taylor), and became the mother of Clarence Grant Taylor. When the Taylors separated, Clara and her son went to live in Santa Cruz.
