Description: Mayor John T. Butler and Laurence M. Klauber, President of the Board of Library Commissioners, were the main speakers for the Sunday library dedication. A crowd of approximately 15,000 people toured the new library during the 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Open House. Title supplied by cataloger.
